Chertich, Stefan

Stefan Chertich was born in 1986 in the Serbian city of Smederevo near Belgrade . In his native city, he graduated from high school, having received the education of a computer programmer in the school technical section. However, in his fourth year, he stopped his studies and did not pass exams due to a hacker incident ^[1] at the local sports betting office. Subsequently, he moved to Belgrade to study at the University of Belgrade , at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering.

In 2008, Chertich joined the British company RoutoTelecom, which specializes in providing mobile communications services, as one of the leading consultants and engineers. In 2012, he began working for another British telecommunications company, CS Networks, as chief engineer. In 2013, he became the organizer of a worldwide competition for programmers, providing for the first prize in the amount of 50,000 euros ^[2] . In February of the same year, at the Mobile World Congress (Barcelona), Stefan Chertich began strategic cooperation with the Galeb Group ^[3] . This led to the opening of a market in Africa and the further expansion of the business ^[4] . Published in 2013, the academic work The Future of Mobile Security ^[5] 5 drew attention to some of the current challenges regarding breakthroughs in mobile communications standards, discussed at the Virtualization Conference and Expo ^[6] . The work summed up many scientific searches in the field of telecommunications and audio stenography ^[7] . The latest company founded by Chertich is ETalc Medical Technology, which produces medical devices for real-time monitoring, analysis and reporting of the patient's condition, including medical means of local protection. The most significant product of the company was ETalc Personal Guard ^[8] . And in 2016 Chertich published the book “The Next Stage” (“The Next Stage”), which reveals the current scientific problems and paradoxes of the development of artificial intelligence ^[9] .

On November 9, 2016, Stefan чertić held a constituent session offering a program for the Srpska Levica party ^[10] , the Serbian ultra-left political movement, and was elected its chairman. After some time, the organization significantly increased in number and announced its participation in the election race on the eve of the parliamentary elections in Serbia in 2017. Compared to the Serbian political scene in general, this party demonstrates somewhat more radical values, supporting free education, medicine and social insurance. Another priority of the political program is the intensive development of technology ^[11] . The organization entered into an alliance with the American Transhumanist Party ^[12] .
