Biography
At school she was engaged in many kinds of sports, performed at inter-city competitions. After entering the Novosibirsk Institute of Railway Engineers, she focused on biathlon and trained with Nikolai Semenovich Sokolov. Represented the sports society " Lokomotiv " and the city of Novosibirsk .
She became the bronze medalist of the RSFSR Biathlon Championship, won the DOSAAF All-Union Championship, the Novosibirsk Region Championship.
In 1982, she won the gold medals of the USSR championship in the relay in the second team of the RSFSR, together with A. Stepanova and Nina Kalyuzhna .
In 1984, after giving birth to a child, she ended her sports career and returned to her native Kiselevsk. Takes part in veteran competitions in ski racing [1] , biathlon and summer biathlon [2] , athletics. Became the winner of the championship of Russia among veterans in ski racing (2005).
