Biography

Born in the village of Ozherelye, Moscow Region, in a family of teachers. Soon the family moved to Voronezh . Father, Anatoly Alekseevich Ivanov, taught Russian language and literature. Mother, Taisiya Georgievna Malykhina, candidate of historical sciences, led the history of the CPSU [1] [2] [3] . After the move, she married Yevgeny Solovyov, the father of Tatyana Mikhalkova , who, accordingly, is Albert’s single-breasted sister [4] [5] . He began to write at school, from the 5th grade [1] .

He graduated from the philological faculty of Voronezh State University (1960), then - the scenario faculty of the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography (1966). He worked at the Mosfilm film studio, editor.

Published since 1962, a member of the Union of Writers of the USSR since 1966.

In 2016, he was accused of drug propaganda [6]
