Biography
She was born in 1912 into a peasant family in the village of Kurmanovo (today - Mstislavsky district , Mogilev region ). Since 1931, she worked as a handyman at the new Kommunarka confectionery factory. In summer, peat was mined for the factory. When the factory reached its design capacity, it was appointed master. In 1935, she participated in a congress of young workers in Moscow. In 1940 she was elected a deputy of the Stalin District Council of People’s Deputies and a deputy of the Minsk City Council. After the occupation of Minsk participated in the underground movement. She headed the underground party organization at the Krasnaya Zarya yeast factory. After the liberation of Minsk, it restored the Kommunarka factory. Four months later, the factory produced its first products. For her success in rebuilding the factory, she was awarded an Honorary Diploma of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Belarusian SSR.
Being a master, she skillfully managed her site, as a result of which the seven-year production plans were completed ahead of schedule. By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of July 21, 1966, she was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the awarding of the Order of Lenin and the Golden Hammer and Sickle Medal.
In 1967 she retired.
