Le Val d'Aze ( fr. Le Val d'Hazey ) is a new commune in the north of France , Normandy region , Ayr department, Les Andelys county, canton of Gaillon . It is located 28 km north-east of Evreux and 48 km south-east of Rouen , 5 km from the A13 “Normandie” highway, on the banks of the River Seine .

History
The municipality was formed on January 1, 2016 by merging three communes:
- Vieux-Ville
- Obvua
- Saint barb sur gayon
The center of the commune is Obvua. From the same city to the new commune passed the postal code and code INSEE. On maps, the coordinates of Obvaux are indicated as coordinates of Le Val-d'Aze.
