Ivan Nikolaevich Gnatishin ( Ukrainian. Ivan Mikolayovich Gnatishin ; genus. June 20, 1951 , Vashkovtsy , Vizhnitsky district , Chernivtsi region , Ukrainian SSR , USSR ) - Soviet and Ukrainian statesman, diplomat, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Moldova in 1996 - 2000 and from 2015 to 2019 [1] .

Biography

Born in Vashkovtsy , Vizhnitsky district , Chernivtsi region .

Graduated from Chernivtsi Housing and Communal Technical School (1974), construction technician; Chernivtsi State University (1980), economist.

Since August 1968 - Turner Vashkovetsky factory household equipment.

From May 1969 - service in the Border VO.

From August 1971 to 1974 - student of the housing and communal technical school of Chernivtsi .

From March 1974 - technician, master, housing office N 3 Chernivtsi.

From August 1975 - engineer for technical supervision of the housing management of the executive committee of the Chernivtsi city council.

From December 1975 - Head of the housing office number 7, the housing department of the Leninsky district of Chernivtsi .

Since September 1979 - chief engineer, head of the city housing department of Chernivtsi .

From March 1985 - First Deputy Chairman of the Chernivtsi City Executive Committee;

From November 1986 to March 1989 - elected deputy chairman of the regional planning commission; First Deputy Regional Executive Committee, Head of the Main Planning and Economic Department of the Chernivtsi Regional Executive Committee.

In June 1990 - became a member of the KPU regional committee bureau.

From January 1990 to April 1992 - Chairman of the Chernivtsi Regional Council and Regional Executive Committee.

From April 1992 to June 1994 - elected chairman of the Chernivtsi Regional Council of People's Deputies.

From 1992 to March 31, 1995 - Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Chernivtsi region .

From 1995 to 1996 - Chairman of the Chernivtsi Regional State Administration .

From March 1996 to December 2000 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Moldova.

Since 2000 - Head of the Department of Administrative and Financial Issues, Documentation and Archives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine .

From 2002 to 2003 - Director of the Department of Administrative and Financial Issues, Documentation and Archives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine ;

From 2003 to 2004 - Ambassador at Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine ;

From 2004 to 2006 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Slovenia ;

From 2006 to November 2007 - Director of the Monetary and Financial Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine ;

From November 2007 to February 2011 - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. He is currently in the position of Chief Adviser to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

July 29, 2015 [2] was appointed Ambassador of Ukraine to Moldova. [3]
