Euthanasia coaster

Euthanasia Coaster is a roller coaster project designed to kill passengers who try to ride it [1] . The attraction was designed in 2010 by Lithuanian Ph.D. Julionas Urbonas.

Project

Slides begin with a rise to a height of 510 meters. The path to the top with 24 passengers will be 2 minutes [1] . When descending from such a height, the train will pick up speed of 260 km / h, which is close to the top speed , before entering the first of seven loops. Each subsequent loop has a smaller diameter to create a maximum load for a person of 10 g during a decrease in speed. After the right turn, the train will arrive at the starting point, where it will be possible to unload the bodies and put in new passengers [2] .

Pathophysiology

Passengers die due to prolonged cerebral hypoxia or oxygen deficiency in the brain [1] . The passage of seven loops will create an overload of 10 g for 60 seconds, creating a greyout with loss of peripheral vision and subsequent fainting [2] . At the same time, the loops insure against the possible survival of passengers [2] .
