Vladimir Ivanovich Blazhenchuk (born September 7, 1945 , the village of Kholopichi , now Lokachinsky district of the Volyn region ) is a Soviet party leader, 1st secretary of the Volyn regional committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine, representative of the President of Ukraine in the Volyn region. Biography
Since 1959, he was a collective farmer of the Rodina collective farm in the Lokachinsky district of the Volyn region. He graduated from the Gorokhov Agricultural College.
Member of the CPSU since 1966 .
By 1973, he was the head of the department of the Gorokhovsky district committee of the LKSMU of the Volyn region, instructor, deputy head of the department of the Volyn regional committee of the LKSMU, 1st secretary of the Lokachinsky district committee of the LKSMU of the Volyn region.
Higher education. He graduated from the Lutsk State Pedagogical Institute named after Lesya Ukrainka and the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine.
In 1973 - 1978 - 1st Secretary of the Volyn Regional Committee of the Komsomol.
In 1978 - 1979, he was the 2nd Secretary, and in 1979 - 1983, he was the 1st Secretary of the Ivanichevsky District Committee of the Communist Party of the Volyn Region.
In 1983 - 1986 - 1st Secretary of the Kovel City Committee of the Communist Party of the Volyn Region.
In 1986 - 1987 - Head of the Department of the Volyn Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine.
In 1987 - May 1990, he was the 2nd Secretary of the Volyn Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine.
In April 1990 - January 1991 - Chairman of the Volyn Regional Council of People's Deputies.
May 25 - December 1, 1990 - 1st Secretary of the Volyn Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine.
In January 1991 - March 1992 - Chairman of the Volyn Regional Council of People's Deputies and the Regional Executive Committee.
March 20, 1992 - April 1994 - representative of the President of Ukraine in the Volyn region.
In April 1994 - November 1998 - Consul General of Ukraine in the city of Gdansk (Republic of Poland). Since November 1998 - Advisor to the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Georgia.
Then - retired in the city of Lutsk. He was the head of the Volyn regional organization of the NGO “Union of Consumers of Ukraine”, the secretary of the Coordinating Council for the Protection of Consumers of the Volyn Regional State Administration.
