Club
He began his career at the age of 16, making his debut for Dynamo Tbilisi in 1985 in the First Union League , having spent more than fifty matches in it. From 1990 to 1992, he continued to play for Dynamo, which played in the Georgian championship under the name Iberia, having won the champion title in 1990 . After the murder of his father in 1992 during the coup in Tbilisi , he moved to Poland before the start of the 1992/1993 season , where he played for Katowice . He made his debut in the championship on August 15 in a lost match with a score of 1: 3 against Lech .
