Aleksei Alekseevich Lysyakov (born November 10, 1969, Zheleznovodsk) is a Russian economist and politician, member of the Federation Council (2002-2011), deputy of the State Duma (2011-2016).

Biography
Born on November 10, 1969 in Zheleznovodsk, in 1993 he graduated from St. Petersburg Medical Institute. Acad. I. P. Pavlova [1] .
In 2000 he graduated from the Moscow Geological Prospecting Academy. Ordzhonikidze , received the degree of candidate of economic sciences [2] .
He worked as an adviser to the president of MDM Group Management Company (Interregional Business World) CJSC.
From February 2002 to December 2011 he was a member of the Federation Council from the Duma of the Stavropol Territory (the appointment was approved at a meeting of the Federation Council on February 27, 2002 [3] ). From April 2002 to September 2003 he was a member of the Committee on Legal and Judicial Issues, from September 2003 to November 2011 - the Committee on Economic Policy, Entrepreneurship and Property, from July 2007 to December 2010 - the Commission on Housing Policy and Housing and Communal Services since November 2011 - the Committee on Social Policy [4] .
On December 4, 2011, he was elected to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the VI convocation on the federal list of Just Russia . He was a member of the Committee on Family, Women and Children; became the initiator of eight bills [5] .
A. A. Lysyakov entered the 150th place in the list of “Fair Russia” in the elections to the State Duma of the VII convocation on September 18, 2016, but was not elected by the results of the vote [6] .
