Biography
In 1975-91 - deputy chairman of the republican branch of "Agricultural Equipment" of the Council of Ministers of the Chuvash Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, 1st deputy minister of agriculture of the Chuvash Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, chairman of the republican association "Chuvashagropromkhimiya", first secretary of the Vurnarsky district committee of the CPSU and chairman of the Vurnarsky district executive committee. In 1991-94, 1997-99 - Minister of Agriculture of the Chuvash Republic.
In 1994-96 - deputy chairman of the State Council of the Chuvash Republic , head of the administration of Vurnarsky (1996-97), Kozlovsky (1999-2002) districts.
