Content
Club career
Roman Gnativ was born on November 1, 1973 in the city of Chervonograd, Lviv region . Pupil of Chervonograd football. The first coach is Anatoly Kulish. [1] Finished Lviv sports boarding school, in which he was coached by Vladimir Danilyuk .
The first professional club of a young football player was Lviv “ Karpaty ”. As a member of the Lviv debuted on July 18, 1990 in a match against the Leninakan “ Shirak ”. [1] But already in the next season he went to another Karpat club from Kamenka-Bugskaya. Then he performed as part of the Striysky “ Rock ”, until in 1993 he returned to Lviv “Carpathians”. But in the end he lost his place in Lviv and went on a lease, spent the autumn part of the 1997/98 season as part of Garay , and also part of the season in the second-league Carpathians-2 .
During the winter break in the 1998/99 season he moved to Zaporizhzhya Torpedo , after which he performed in Dynamo Lviv. In 2001, for a short time he returned to the Lviv "Carpathians". In total, in the championships of the USSR and Ukraine in the T-shirt “Carpathians” he played 66 matches and scored 6 goals. [1] Since the summer of 2002, he performed in the Metalist Kharkiv , which included 2 fights, and 3 more fights for the second team of Kharkiv. The year 2003 was a part of Uzhgorod Transcarpathia .
In 2004, he left Ukraine and moved to Moldova, where he played for the club “ Nistru ” ( Otach ). As part of this team, he played 11 matches of the national championship and 3 games in European competitions. During the winter break, he returned to Ukraine and in 2005 played for the Striysky club “ Gazovik-Skala ”.
In 2006 he left Ukraine again and left for Sweden, where he played for the Bergs amateur club from the Berg commune. But in the same year he returned to Ukraine and ended his career as a football player at the age of 33.

Coach Career
At the end of his career, he returned to Lviv, where he worked as a children's coach at the Karpaty Sports School ( Lviv ), and then coached young people at the Lviv University of Physical Culture. [2] Since 2016, he worked as the head coach of the Striysky “ Rock ” U-19. [3] Since January 2017, he has been working as the head coach of the core team. [four]
