Biography
Born in 1909 in a peasant family in the village of Tsaperka. He participated in the Great Patriotic War. After the war, he worked as a field crop worker in the Order of Lenin at the Red Star breeding factory in the Kletsky district. He was appointed as a field link.
In 1948, the link Vasily Novika collected an average of 5 centners of clover grain per hectare. By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of March 30, 1949, he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Medal " Hammer and Sickle ."
Together with him were awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor, the link-up state farm "Red Star" Vladimir Mateiko and Vladimir Dubina .
He died in 1989.
