The Poya Prize is an award from the , established in 1969. It was awarded in 1971-1992 once every 4 years for achievements in the field of combinatorics [1] , since 1996 - it was awarded alternately every two years for achievements in the field of combinatorics and for achievements in other areas of mathematics that György Poia was involved in. In 2015, it was divided into two prizes: combinatorics and mathematics. The award consists of a medal and a prize of 20 thousand US dollars, which is divided into all laureates.
