Competition Format

Qualification: Starting from the 2015 championship , only the 11 best teams of the previous championship will receive an automatic ticket to the main tournament. The remaining teams play in the pre-qualifying tournament ( English pre-qualifying tournament ) for the twelfth ticket to the main tournament [2] . First, they play each other in a circular system in one circle, and then the two best play each other in the final qualification.

Main tournament: At the first, group stage, 12 teams play among themselves in a round-robin system in one round. The team that took the last place is sent to the pre-qualification tournament next year. The four best teams of the group stage go to the second stage, playoffs , where they play according to the Page system : the two best teams according to the results of the group round hold a match for a direct hit in the final (playoff-1). The 3rd and 4th teams play for reaching the semifinals (playoffs-2). In the semifinals, there is a loser in the first match and a winner in the second. In the finals, gold awards are disputed by the winners of the playoffs and semifinals. Bronze medals have been played (since 2010) by losers in the semifinals and in the playoffs-2.
