Mahmud-bek Rustambekov ( azerb. Mahmud bəy Rüstəmbəyov ; b. 1850 - d. 1912 ) - ensign of the Russian army, Azerbaijani military and public figure.

Biography
Mahmud-bey was born in Shusha in a noble Karabakh family, descended from the Kebirli clan. His father Aga-bek was a lieutenant of the imperial army.
Member of the Russian-Turkish war of 1877-1878. .
It was mentioned in 1879 with the rank of police ensign and in the position of the Kazakh district police bailiff.
In 1880 - in the same rank, he was the head of the distance of the Jebrail district police department.
In 1881 - police bailiff of the Jebrail district administration.
In 1883-1888 - was mentioned in the rank of ensign and in the position of clerk of the Shchushinsky district police department.
In 1891 - a district police officer of the Shusha district government in the village of Kadzhar.
In 1897, with the rank of ensign, he was a senior assistant to the chief of the Jebrail district police department.
He was married to Durdane-beim Javanshir.
