Gradovich, Valentina Iosifovna

Valentina Iosifovna Gradovich ( May 15, 1928 , Minsk region - May 31, 1995 , Minsk region ) - calf of the Rovanichi state farm in Chervensky district of the Minsk region, Belorussian SSR. Hero of Socialist Labor (1966). Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus.

Biography

Born in 1928 in a peasant family in the village of Vinogradovka. In 1945 she graduated from high school in the village of Rovanichi. Since 1945, she worked at the garden plot of the Rovanichi state farm. Since 1947 - a calf on a state farm, where she worked for the next thirty years.

Repeatedly participated in the All-Union Exhibition of VDNH in Moscow.

According to the results of the seven-year plan (1959-1965), the average daily gain in young cattle assigned to Valentina Gradovich amounted to 950 grams. By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of March 22, 1966, she was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Medal " Hammer and Sickle ."

In 1971, she was elected a delegate to the XXVII Congress of the Communist Party of Belarus, a member of the Central Committee.

She died on May 31, 1995.
