Odessa Lancers
March forward, blue Lancers!
Sound out, fanfare sounds!
Pull proudly in the wind, Sultans,
We will deal a mortal blow.
Resurrect our former glory
The glory of the old Odessa Lancers.
For the Fatherland, for the Holy Faith,
We’ll go to battle on an enemy camp.
So on horseback, in a dashing attack,
Let the arm of the daredevils not tremble.
We’ll sing a war song louder
The shadows of the fathers will smile at us.
So go ahead, blue lancers!
Sound out, fanfare sounds!
Pull proudly in the wind, Sultans,
We will strike the last blow!
