Siti Hartina , also known as Thien Suharto ( indon. Siti Hartinah ; August 23, 1923 , p. Yaten, Surakarta , Central Java - April 28, 1996 , Jakarta ) - the first lady of Indonesia (1967-1996), wife of Suharto , military and state figure, the second president of the Republic of Indonesia .

She was born in a family of a noble Javanese family, related to the rulers of the principality of Mangkunegaran .

December 26, 1947 married Suharto. She lived with him for almost 50 years. The family of Suharto and City Hartina had six children: [1]

She was buried with her husband in the Astana Giribangun mausoleum at the foot of Mount Lavu on the border of Central and East Java.
