Biography
Mirza-Reza-khan Arfa-ed-Doule, also known as the Prince (prince) of Harp, was born in 1846 [1] . He was the official representative of the Persian government, first secretary, and then consul general in the entire Caucasus region. Subsequently, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Persia in the Brilliant Port ( Ottoman Empire ). In addition to his achievements in the diplomatic field, he was also famous for reforming the Persian language alphabet, adapting and supplementing the Arabic language alphabet for this. For this achievement he received the title of Prince (Prince).
Mirza Riza Khan Arfa od-Dovla died in 1937 in Tehran [1] .
