Anton Gadimovich Motolko ( Belarusian. Anton Matolka ; born June 4, 1988 , Minsk , Belarusian SSR ) is a Belarusian activist, blogger, photographer [1] .

Biography
Anton was born on June 4, 1988 in Minsk. He studied at Minsk Secondary School No. 51, studied advertising marketing at the Institute of Entrepreneurship.
Creativity
In June 2016, he took part in the tut.by photo project “P9 as a rethinking of mobile photography” [1] .
September 14, Anton held a one-day exhibition of one photograph "Northern Lights" [2] .
The photograph “Northern Lights” was presented at the exhibition dedicated to the “Kufara Records” [3] , was a candidate for the title of the most circulated in the country [4] , was used by the National Tourism Agency of Belarus for the quarterly calendar for 2017 [5] and the brewery “Brew Team” as the logo of the Autumn Fire beer [6] .
Community Activities
On July 6, 2011, in the course of coverage of the silent protest rally, Anton was detained in Minsk together with Nasha Niva journalist Yegor Martinovich. After checking the documents was released [7] .
Anton Motolko is engaged in public activities [8] , among the issues raised: the preservation of the Osmolovka quarter in Minsk [9] , paid parking lots [10] [11] , a petition to ban a military equipment parade within the city [12] . Also got a meeting with the mayor of Minsk [13] .
In May 2017, together with the #RFRM website, his project #MotolkoPomogi launched, which solves local problems in the country [14] .
A lawsuit against Belarus 1
On March 18, 2015, Belarus 1 TV channel used two photographs of Anton Motolko in his story, without indicating authorship and without asking permission. On June 9, 2016, a preliminary court session was held, during which a representative of the Belteleradiocompany considered the requirements unreasonable and requested an examination of the photograph for a photographic work [15] . Andrei Chuprinsky, an employee of the Belarusian State Academy of Arts, did not recognize photography as the result of creative work [16] [17] and on September 5, 2016 the lawsuit was denied [18] .
