Biography

Born in 1910 in the village of Novospassk, Ufa Province, in a peasant family. From 1924 he worked as an apprentice workshop in the city of Velikie Luki . In 1927, after graduating from the Factory School, he worked as a mechanic at the Kirov Plant in Leningrad . From 1929 he worked as a sales representative in the city of Aleksandrovsk-Sakhalinsky . From 1932 he was appointed head of the department of the Military Cooperative Administration of the BVI RKKA .

From 1932 he served in the Red Army and in the troops of the OGPU - NKVD in command posts in the city of Sevastopol . From 1935 he worked as deputy head and head of departments of the NKVD departments - the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the cities of Kazan and Saratov . From 1944, deputy head, and from 1946 he was appointed head of the Vologda Directorate of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs .

Since 1950, he was in the existing reserve of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR , since 1954, the KGB with the USSR Council of Ministers and was seconded to the First Main Directorate at the Council of Ministers of the USSR . From 1950 he was appointed head of the 9th department of the PGU at the USSR Council of Ministers . From 1953 he was appointed deputy director of the Plant No. 813 for the regime and protection in the city of Sverdlovsk-44 .

From 1955 he was appointed deputy head, and from 1958 the head of the Second Main Directorate of the MSM of the USSR , responsible for the regime system for the protection and counterintelligence of the atomic industry of the USSR . [one]

Since 1972 at the disposal of the Personnel Directorate of the KGB with the USSR Council of Ministers . Some time until 1975, he taught at the Special Department of the TsIPK MSM USSR . From 1975 he worked as deputy director of VNIITI on general issues. [2]

Died May 28, 1980 in the workplace in Moscow .
