Yuri Genrikhovich Mahlin (born October 29, 1969 , Moscow ) is a Russian physicist , doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, and since 2011 a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences [1] .

Biography
Yuri Genrikhovich Makhlin was born on October 29, 1969 [3] .
In 1986 he entered the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology , and in 1992 graduated from it [2] .
In 1995, he defended his thesis at the L. D. Landau Institute of Theoretical Physics , Russian Academy of Sciences , the theme of the dissertation: “Spin dynamics and topology of superfluid Fermi fluid” [2] .
In 2004 he defended his doctoral dissertation at the L. D. Landau Institute of Theoretical Physics, the theme of the dissertation: "Quantum coherence in mesoscopic superconducting systems and quantum computing" [2] .
In 2010, he received the academic title of Associate Professor [4] .
Since December 22, 2011, a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Department of Physical Sciences [3] .
Since 2016, he has been working at the National Research University Higher School of Economics [4] .
