Ilyus Fagitovich Garifullin ( January 19, 1960 , the village of Akkuzevo, Ilishevsky District, Bashkir ASSR - December 25, 2016 ) is a Russian regional politician, engineer, inventor [1] . The head of the administration of the city of Neftekamsk of the Republic of Bashkortostan (2003—2005, 2012—2014).

Biography
Education
Graduate of Verkhneyarkeyevskaya secondary school № 1 [2] .
He graduated from the Ufa Aviation Institute. S.Ordzhonikidze (now Ufa State Aviation Technical University), mechanical engineer (1982).
Activity
During his studies at the university he worked as a laboratory assistant [3] .
After graduating from AIM, he began working in 1982 at the Neftekamsk central base of production services for the Bashneft association (process engineer, then senior engineer and chief mechanic).
From 1988 to 1999, he worked at the Neftekamsk Oilfield Equipment Plant of ANK Bashneft (Chief Mechanic, Head of Commercial Department, Chief Engineer).
Since 1999 - Director of the Neftekamsk Oil Field Equipment Plant of ANK Bashneft.
From 2006 to the end of 2011, Ilyus Garifullin was the head of Neftekamsk Oil-Field Equipment Plant LLC [4] .
In 2009, in the native village of Akkuzevo, he built the Garifulla mosque [5] .
He died on December 25, 2016. [6] He was buried in his native village Akkuzevo, Ilishevsky district of Bashkortostan.
Political activities
He twice headed the administration of Neftekamsk, from 2003 to 2005 and from 2012 to 2014 [7] .
Titles, awards
- Honorary title “Honored oil worker of the Republic of Bashkortostan”.
- Jubilee medal "70 years of the Armed Forces of the USSR."
