First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (abbreviated as First Secretary of the Central Committee of the CPC ; Spanish: Primer Secretario del Comité Central del Partido Comunista de Cuba ) - leader of the Communist Party of Cuba . As a rule, the First Secretary of the CPC Central Committee is also the Chairman of the State Council and the Chairman of the Council of Ministers ; thus, all state power in Cuba is concentrated in his hands. The current First Secretary of the CPC Central Committee is Raul Castro (since 2011).
