Kopets ( Polish: Kopec, Kopeć ) is a Belarusian noble family of the coat of arms of Kroe .

Their ancestor, Andrei Kopot, was a Vitebsk stabler in 1480 . The same position was held by his two sons, Bogdan ( 1526 ) and Basil ( 1530 ). The governor of Polotsk was Jan Karol Kopets . The Kopets clan was included in the VI part of the genealogy book of the Coven province of Russia .
There was also the Kopets clan of the coat of arms of Lubich , dating back to the beginning of the 16th century , originating from the Smolensk boyars, which was included in the VI part of the genealogy book of the Vitebsk and Minsk [1] provinces of the Russian Empire .
There were also the Kopets clan of the coat of arms of its own and the coat of arms of Porai .
