In 1924 he graduated from the Mechanics and Technical School, and in 1930 - Kazan Energy Institute. In 1926 he joined the VKP (b) , since 1930 - an engineer and the head of the heat and power plant, later the chief engineer of the plant. Lenin in Kazan.
From January 1941 to September 1942 - the first secretary of the district committee of the CPSU (b) in Kazan, from September 1942 to December 1946 - the first secretary of the city committee of the CPSU (b) in Zelenodolsk , from December 1946 to 1949. - Secretary of the Tatar Regional Committee of the CPSU (b) for personnel, in 1948 he graduated from the Higher Party School of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b).
From 1949 to May 1952 - Secretary of the Tatar Regional Committee of the CPSU (b), from May 1952 to April 1953 - 1st Secretary of the Chistopol Regional Committee of the CPSU (B) / CPSU , in 1953-1954. - Head of the Tatar Regional Committee of the CPSU.
From 1954 to April 1955 - 2nd Secretary, and from April 1955 to December 1958. - 1st Secretary of the Aktobe Regional Committee of the CPSU.
In 1958-1972 - senior lecturer in the history of the CPSU of the Kazan Correspondence Institute of Soviet Trade, then - retired.
