Content
History
The previous address is 43/13 at the corner of Zakharyevskaya and Serpukhovskaya streets , in 1912 - 45/13. The owners are Malin Yudel Leizerovich and his wife Malina Haya Abramovna.
The house was built in 1912 , in the same year the Minsk branch of the Land and Peasant Bank moved to this building. Part of the rooms surrendered to housing. Until 1918, offices and a wholesale tobacco warehouse-shop of the society Malina Yu. L. and Shlapakova N. were located in the house. roads . In 1913–1916, the building was occupied by the Minsk branch of the Peasant Land Bank, the administration of military sanitary organizations, the administration of the All-Russian Zemstvo Union, and the Polish military administration. In 1914–1918, the Glezer Yankel Mordukhovich haberdasher's shop is located here. In 1916 - 1917, the office of the Chief Commissioner of the Red Cross of the Western Front, the automobile department of the Commissariat of National Economy of the Western Region, the office of the Union of Polish-Military Western Front, the office of the Material-Procurement Department of the Western Front Command, the office of the representative of the Commander-in-Chief of the Western Front Parzhetsky RI, management of the construction and technical part of the Western Front (q. 2). Since March 19, 1918, the BNR People’s Secretariat has rented rooms on the 3rd floor. On March 24, 1918, the meeting of the BNR Rada began in the office of the Chairman of the Secretariat of the People’s Secretariat Iosif Iosif Voronko , which ended on March 25 with the adoption of the Third Statute, which declared Belarus a free and independent state. At the beginning of April, Belarusian studies courses opened in the premises of the National Secretariat. For almost the entire year of 1918, the signboard “People’s Sacratara Belarusian Belarusian People’s Republic” (People’s Secretariat of the Belarusian People’s Republic) [1] [2] hung on the house.
In 1918 - 1919, the building was also occupied by the tobacco merchant Measyrovich Hasi Vulfovna’s shop, the paper sales shop of Fisher Ovsey Venyaminovich, Fisher Isaac Venyaminavich, laundry (on the ground floor), the labor distribution department (Labor Exchange).
In 1920, the Raspberries went abroad. In 1920, the building is located hostel number 5.
In 1921, the property was nationalized. In the years 1920-1921 in the house are the headquarters of the Red Air Force, Tramot (transport and material department). In 1921 - 13 stores, two of which were rebuilt under the kitchen for refugees, locksmith, "Gubevak." In 1921−1922 - boarding "Belevaco".
In 1922 - the property of the urban housing subdivision of the public utilities department of the Minsk district executive committee. In 1922, the first floor was occupied by the American Relief Administration (ARA).
In 1925 - 1926 the owner - Belkoopsoyuz. In 1925 - 1926, the building contains Belmastorg, the office of Belkoopsoyuz, the Office of the Ministry of Central Bank, the office of Ussebank, a stable, the Minsk Central Workers' Cooperative, the composition of the Belkoopsoyuz, the Peasant Bank, authorized by the Leningrad Tobacco Trust.
In 1926 the house is divided into 5 apartments and public buildings.
In 1928, the building is occupied by the general department of the All-Belarusian Office of the State Bank, the department of the book and paper parts and the bookshop of Belkoopsoyuz. In 1928–1929 - the board of the Minsk Central Workers Cooperatives, the Belarusian branch of the All-Russian Commercial (Cooperative) Bank, the planning bureau and the garage of Belkoopsoyuz. In 1935 there is a kindergarten number 18 (Belarusian) Belkoopsoyuz, a shop of polytechnic equipment "Photo-radio. In 1935 - 1938 - Belkoopmjasoptitsy, Belpromhleb (Glavhleb) trust. In 1935–1936 - a post and newspaper communications agency, a garage and a canteen of Belcoopsoyuz, Minsk Central City Savings Bank No. 16 (3rd floor), a payphone. 1936 - 1940 - Maslopprom Trust, Belpromtorg Department Store. In 1937 - 1940 - kindergarten number 53, shop number 8 ware-household and electrical goods Gorpromtorg, Regional Union of Consumer Societies, first-aid post. In Soviet times, the first floor was occupied by Belkoopsoyuz and Cafe No. 1 [3] . Now the building houses a cafe Cheburechnaya [4] .
Architecture
The house is a rectangular building with a double-slope roof. The asymmetrical composition has a main facade, on which balconies with a cast-iron openwork fence are symmetrically located. The ground floor is largely rusticated , separated from the following by an eaves belt . In the central part there are two rustic pilasters . The wall is divided by rectangular windows with cornices, on the second floor - a keystone . Under the eaves there passes a narrow frieze with modeling in the form of wreaths and garlands [5] .
