Biography
Born 1532 in Karabakh in the family of Otuzikinsky Muhammedjan ag. He is from the Turkish nomadic otuziki tribe, from the clan of Muhammadshahlu. During the Osman-Safavid war, he emigrated from Arran , settled in Samarkand and began teaching at the madrassah. He wrote comments and annexes to the work of Ibn Sina "Law". As a sign of respect, the inhabitants of Samarkand called it “Boyuk Akhund” (Great Akhund).
