Biography
Old Believer. He was born in a peasant family in the Ledetsov volost of the Glazovsky district of the Vyatka province. I learned to read and write at home.
In 1884 he moved to a place of residence in Siberia.
In 1900-1901 he participated in the Chinese campaign of the Russian army (the suppression of the "Boxer Rebellion" ), and in 1904-1905 in the Russo-Japanese War .
At the time of his election to the State Duma, he was a peasant in the village of Kolova Ayskaya volost of the Biysk district of Tomsk province [1] ;. He was not a member of political parties, but he adhered to left-wing political views. The farmer.
In the spring of 1907 he was elected as an elector from Ayskoy volost to participate in the Biysk district election meeting.
On April 8, 1907, he was elected by the congress of commissioners from volosts of Biysk district as an elector to participate in the provincial election meeting. On May 10, 1907, he was elected to the State Duma of the second convocation from the total electors of the Tomsk Provincial Electoral Assembly (45 ballots versus 35 indiscriminate ones). However, he never arrived in the Duma until its dissolution on June 3, 1907.
