Hasan Neymat oglu Seyidov (born August 16, 1932 in the village of Kachagani in the Georgian SSR died on December 8, 2004 ) was a Soviet and Azerbaijani politician, chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Azerbaijan SSR in 1981-1989. Member of the Presidium of the Council of Ministers of the USSR from 1981 to 1989.

Biography
In 1951-1956 studied at the Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute , then worked at a machine factory, since 1956 in the Communist Party , since 1957 - senior engineer and shift supervisor, since 1963 - deputy chief engineer, since 1965 - factory director, since 1971 - head of the industrial and transport department of the Central Committee Communist Party of Azerbaijan and Secretary of the Central Committee .
From January 22, 1981 to January 27, 1989 - Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Azerbaijan SSR. In 1981-1989 - candidate for membership in the Central Committee of the CPSU .
Member of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR 10 and 11 convocations.
He was awarded the Order of Lenin and three orders of the Red Banner of Labor .
