Igor Nikolayevich Kislov ( Ukrainian: Igor Mikolayovich Kislov ; July 19, 1966 , Pärnu ) is a Ukrainian footballer who played as a striker. He also has a Turkmen passport, played for the national team of Turkmenistan .

Biography
Born in Pärnu, but spent his childhood in Donetsk . In 1984 he graduated from SPTU with a degree in automobile mechanics . He combined football and hockey, but in the end he preferred football. In 1984 he made his debut in the double of Donetsk “ Miner ”. The following year he was drafted into the army, during the service he played for Artyomovsky “Tsvetmet” in competitions of physical education teams, and later for Kupyansk “ Metallurg ”. In 1987 he moved to Kharkov Metalist , however, he played mainly for the backup team (12 matches, 1 goal), and also played 1 game in the cup of the USSR Football Federation .
In 1988, at the invitation of Victor Pozhechevsky, he became a player of the Vorskla Poltava. The new team eventually became one of the leading players and major scorers. In the debut season, together with the club, he became the silver medalist of the Ukrainian zone of the second league of the USSR championship .
In 1990, he went abroad, becoming a player in the Bulgarian " Etara " from Veliko Tarnovo . In the 1990/91 season, the club became the country's champion. In 1993, he transferred to the Tunisian “ Sfaxien ” for six months, after which he returned to Bulgaria, where in addition to “Etara” he also played for the “ Dunav ” from Rousse .
In 1996, he returned to Ukraine, accepting Pozhechevsky’s offer to go to Vorskla, which debuted in the Ukrainian Premier League. In the first season after returning, Kislov became the team captain, and Vorskla became the bronze medalist of the championship. After spending 2 years in Poltava, in 1998 he moved to Kirovograd " Star ", where in the debut season he became the team's top scorer. He played for the Star for two seasons, after which he became a player in the Simferopol Tavria , and in 2002, the Ivano-Frankivsk Prikarpatye . Having played for Ivano-Frankivsk for six months, he completed his performances at a professional level.
At the end of his career, he became a coach in the Sports School, and later - director of the Poltava Sports School "Vorskla" named after I. Gorpinko. In 2006, he was appointed head of the department of physical education and sports of the Department for Family, Youth and Sports of the Poltava City Council, and in 2011 he headed the Ukraine Sports and Fitness Society [1]
Team
In 1998, Viktor Pozhechevsky led the national football team of Turkmenistan . In order to strengthen the team, he proposed the adoption of Turkmen citizenship to a number of players he knew about working at Vorskla, including Kislov, who agreed to play for the team at the 1998 Summer Asian Games . Kislov scored a double against the South Korean team , as well as a goal against India , and the Turkmen team, according to the results of the tournament, entered the top eight teams of the continent.
