De Vincenti, Claudio

Professor of Economics at the University of Rome La Sapienza , an employee of the online newspaper Lavoce.info ^[1] .

He was an economic adviser to the government of D'Alem (October 1998 - December 1999) and to the second government of Amato from April 2000 to June 2001. He was a member of the executive committee of the NENS Foundation (Nuova Economia Nuova Società - “New Economy - New Society”), which at different times was headed by Pierre Luigi Bersani and Vincenzo Visco ^[2] .

On November 29, 2011, he was appointed junior state secretary to the Ministry of Economic Development in the Monti government, and on May 2, 2013, he retained this position in the Letta government .

February 28, 2014 took the chair of the Deputy Minister of Economic Development in the Renzi government .

On April 10, 2015, in the same government, he was transferred to the seat of secretary of the apparatus of the Council of Ministers ^[3] , overseeing the problems of territorial unity of Italy and sports.

On December 12, 2016, he assumed the newly created post of Minister without a portfolio on the unity of the territories and the South of Italy ^[4] .
