Job Concept

Since July 2013, the Transnistrian government has charted the progressive development of the real sector of the Transnistrian economy, the restoration of the Transnistrian national industry and the strengthening of the Transnistrian export in the world market. The state’s economic development was based on the developed concept of the country's strategic development, which implies strengthening the industrial sector as a matter of priority by nationalizing some of the major industrial facilities in Transnistria. The main objective was the implementation of balanced measures to achieve acceptable dynamics of the main indicators and maintain a stable socio-economic situation in the republic [5] .

Work Summary

The period of work of the Turanian government was marked as a peak in the development of the Transnistrian social infrastructure (including investment construction and reconstruction under the auspices of ANO “Eurasian Integration”), a course of priority reform of the education system and medicine . According to the head of state, the Turanian government went down in history as the most efficient, which has undertaken and done quite a lot, including the construction and repair of the largest number of social facilities in the entire existence of the republic (only in 2015 there were more than 100: schools , kindergartens, FAPs, etc.). A major contribution was made to the change in appearance and the improvement of the improvement of large cities. In this part, it was possible to implement a large-scale project to invest in state and municipal infrastructure, and not in private. The resigned government in collaboration with the central bank throughout the entire period ensured the stability of the Transnistrian currency. The year 2015 is indicative. According to experts, from the point of view of devaluation indicators, the PMR was included in the top ten countries of the world that did not devalue the national currency during 2014-2015. The government paid off all social security obligations.

By decree of the President of the PMR of December 2, 2015 No. 429 “On the resignation of the Government of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika”, he was dismissed due to the early voluntary resignation of the Prime Minister of the PMR Tatyana Turanskaya (her election to the Supreme Council of the PMR ).

We thank the resigned composition of the government for the substantive work. The Supreme Council cannot have any complaints to the former government and personally to its chairman, Tatyana Turanskaya.

- O. Khorzhan, deputy of the Supreme Council of the PMR [6]
