Communist journalist

Born in a rural family. Graduated from Shkodra University of Luid Gurakuchi . By specialty philologist and writer. He served in the armed forces of the NRA as a platoon commander. He worked in the editorial offices of army newspapers.

Under the communist regime, Enver Hoji Husni Miloshi was in the ruling Albanian Party of Labor (APT). He graduated from the Scanderbeg Military Academy and the Higher Party School of the APT. In the direction of the Ministry of Defense, he completed a course in law and political science at the University of Tirana . He served as secretary of the Albanian Komsomol in Shkoder [1] .

As a journalist and functionary, Hysni Miloshi spoke from orthodox communist positions. He was also known as a writer and poet. The poems of Hysni Milosh are sometimes compared with the Yesenin ones [2] . Milosh has a sharp conflict character. For this reason, he had a clash not only domestic, but also of an official nature.

Opposition Communist

In December 1990, mass anti-communist protests swept Albania. Under the leadership of Ramiz Alia, the ATP resorted to political maneuvers - the most odious Khojaists were removed from the leadership, a multiparty system was sanctioned, political freedoms were proclaimed, and further reforms were promised. Hysni Miloshi spoke out against the transformations, supported such figures as Nedzhmie Hoxha and Lenka Chuko .

On February 12, 1991, Husni Miloshi established the Stalinist Enver Hoxha Union in Berat (where he served as a youth in his youth). It is assumed that he was supported by major APT functionaries, dissatisfied with the course of Ramiz Alia. After the Party Congress rejected the communist ideology in June 1991 and transformed the APT into the Socialist Party of Albania (SPA), HΓΌsni Milosh and his supporters established the orthodox Communist Party (CPA), officially registered in 1998.

Paradoxical Policy Outcomes

Milosh Party defended the traditions of Stalinism and Hoxhaism, sharply criticized the Democratic Party (DPA), Sali Berisha . However, with even greater fury, the CPA attacked the "revisionists" from the SPA. Observers noted a curious tendency: in cases where the position of the CPA was of political importance, attacks by Orthodox communists on the former APT turned out to be beneficial for anti-communist democrats.

The most striking example was the 2011 local elections. Hysni Miloshi had no chance of winning, but he ran for mayor of Tirana . He collected less than 1.4 thousand votes. However, these voters were lost to the spa candidate Edi Rama , against whom Prime Minister Sali Berisha fought with all his might. As a result, DPA representative Lulzim Basha was elected mayor of the Albanian capital. The anti-communist Basha beat Rama by only 81 votes [3] .

Such episodes created the reputation of β€œblack sheep” Husni Milosh [2] - the leader of the conflict, ill-negotiable and not quite clear on the orientation and goals.

Hysni Milosh died from a lung disease at the age of 66 years. Grief over this was one of the first to be expressed by the then mayor of Tirana Bash, who believed that it was Miloshi who ensured his election.
