In 1972 he graduated from Belarusian State University . Since 1974, a researcher at the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of Belarus , since 1988, an archaeologist of the Belarusian Restoration and Design Institute.
Explores architectural monuments by archaeological methods, the chronology of cultural layers, the material culture of Belarusian cities of the XIV - XVIII centuries. He took part in the study of architectural monuments of Brest , Minsk , Polotsk , Mstislavl , Grodno , Peace , Smolensk . One of the authors of the Russian Tile album. The result of the work in the Smolensk archaeological expedition was co-authored book "Ancient Smolensk. Archeology of the end of Friday". [one]
