1993 - 2007

Debuted in April 1993 . For a long time he entered the ring against boxers of the middle hand. Alternated defeat with victories.

in June 1995, he lost on points to an undefeated compatriot, Cliff Sarmardin (22-0).

In August 1995, he entered the fray for the African title with a boxer from South Africa, Mtodebei Mtofe (25-4). The match ended in a draw.

In June 2007, Lovemore Ndu entered the ring against Paul Malignaggi . The challenger dominated the whole battle. N'Dou constantly stepped forward, but his punches often went past the target, and Malignaggi worked on waste, throwing accurate punches. In the middle of the 6th round, the referee took a point from the champion for a blow to the back of the head. In the middle of the 9th round, Malignaggi threw a right hook into the opponent's head. N'Dou fell on the canvas, but immediately rose. HBO commentators called it a flash knockdown. At the end of 12 rounds, the judges with a crushing score gave the victory to Malignaggi.

2008 - 2012

May 24, 2008 held a second duel against Paul Malignaggi . By a separate decision of the judges, N'Dou lost again.

On November 17, 2008, he lost on points to the Puerto Rican, Kermit Cintron (29-2).

In July 2009, he defeated Phillip Ndu (32-3) by his namesake and won the IBO world welterweight title.

November 13, 2009 brought in a draw fight with the Briton, Matthew Hutton .

In 2010, he lost on points to the Mexican, Saul Alvarez .

September 18, 2010 won on points by a split decision of the undefeated South African, Bunzhani Mvelase (12-0).
