The attack in the village of al-Dalva ( Al-Ahsa governorate , Eastern Province ) occurred on November 3, 2014 at 21:35 local time. Mustafa drove up to the Shiite Husseinia of a vehicle from which 3 gunmen of the Islamic state opened fire. As a result of the attack, 8 Shiites died [1] , dozens of people were injured [2] [3] [4] . The events took place on the tenth day of Muharram on the day of Ashur , when the Rafidi Shi mourn the death of Imam Hussein on the anniversary of his death. Major General of the KIA Interior Ministry Mansur al-Turki said that the Islamic state was responsible for the attack and managed to find the perpetrator of the attack Marwan al-Zafra [5] . On November 6, the funeral of victims was attended by 250 thousand people [6] . In response to the attack, Minister of Culture and Media Abdulaziz Khuja banned the broadcast of the Salafi television channel Wesal TV and closed his office in Riyadh. 77 people (73 Saudis, 4 foreigners) were arrested for communication with the IG [7] . Some Saudi media have accused the clergy of the rhetoric of hatred of Shiites for violence [8] .
