Julian Tsibulsky ( Polish: Julian Cybulski , Ukrainian: Julian Tsibulsky , January 28, 1859 , Lancut - November 25, 1924 , Lviv ) - Lviv architect. He worked in the styles of historicism and secession.

Born in Lancut . He graduated from the Lviv Polytechnic in 1882. Trained at the Vincent Ravsky Architectural Bureau, worked as an assistant to Professor Gustav Bizanets. In 1885 he received a building license. He formed an alliance with Ludwik Baldwin-Ramult , who led the construction of the main post office building and the Greek Catholic seminary (projects by Sylvester Gavrishkevich), the Potocki Palace (architect Louis d'Overgne). Buildings built in the 1890s according to their own designs, made in the styles of the French Renaissance and Baroque. The bureau, workshop and premises of the architect were in their own house No. 38, built in 1907 on the present street of Chuprinka .
Since 1908 - a member of the Polytechnic Society in Lviv. [1] Member of the jury of the competition for the design of a casino building in Lviv (1910). [2] He was a member of the commission for the preparation of the construction exhibition in 1892 in Lviv. Member of the city council in 1893-1895. In 1893–1895 he was a treasurer, and in 1904–1905 he was vice president of the chamber of engineering. In 1910, he exhibited realized projects of Lviv houses at the exhibition of Polish architects in Lviv. [3] Died on November 25, 1924.

- Catholic church of St. Catherine in the village of Milchitsy, Gorodok district , now the church of St. Dmitry (1886-1887, together with Ludwik Ramult ). [5]
- Own villa of the architect on the street Glebova, 15 (1890).
- The House of Management of the estates of Count Roman Potocki on 7 Stefanik Street (c. 1890).
- Neo-Gothic pavilion for the factory of Lancut liquors and cloth of Roman Potocki at the Galician Regional Exhibition (1894). [6]

- Houses of Nukhim Grunsberg No. 3 and 5 on the street Glebova.
- House on Shevchenko Avenue , 26 (1898).
- The house of the Regional Bank in the neo-Renaissance style on the corner of Kosciuszko Street and Grigorenko Square . Sculptural decor of Anton Popel . Stylistically refers to the Neo-Renaissance (project of 1895, implemented by 1903).
- A secession interior decoration hotel "Georges" (1901, together with Ivan Levinsky). [7]
