Biography
He graduated from the FZO school. In 1928 - 1936 - a worker at a lead factory in the city of Ridder (Leninogorsk), deputy secretary of the factory party committee, instructor of the Ridder party committee.
In 1938 he graduated from the Institute of Marxism-Leninism .
In 1938-1940 - the 3rd, 2nd secretary of the South Kazakhstan Regional Party Committee, in 1940-1945 - the 1st secretary of the Kyzyl-Orda Regional Committee of the CPSU .
In 1947 he graduated from the Higher Party School of the Central Committee of the CPSU .
In 1947 - 1950 - Director of the farm in the Kapalsky district of Taldy-Kurgan region , in 1950 - 1958 and in 1958 - 1959 . - Director of the school in the Kaskelen district of Alma-Ata region . In 1959 - 1961 - Director of a state farm in the Bukhtarminsky district of the East Kazakhstan region . In 1961 - 1963 - Deputy Director of the confectionery factory in Ust-Kamenogorsk , in 1963 - 1971 served as chairman of the trade union of workers of the East Kazakhstan region.
