Biography
Since 1927 - member of the CPSU. He graduated from the Sverdlovsk Hydrological and Geodetic College ( 1936 ), courses at the Central Committee of the CPSU ( 1957 ). In 1924 - 1934 he worked in senior positions in judicial, economic activity, production in Akmola, Karaganda, North Kazakhstan regions. In 1936 - 1940 he was an engineer in the trust of the Karagandaugol postal enterprise, in 1940 - 1952 - Instructor, department head, 3rd secretary and secretary for the coal industry, OK KP Kazakhstan.
Member of the Supreme Council of the USSR 3rd and 4th convocation.
He was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War of the 1st degree, two orders of the Red Banner of Labor, the Order of the Badge of Honor and medals. [one]
