Alexei Borisovich Mokrousov (born October 21, 1965 , Novosibirsk ) is a Soviet and Russian literary and art critic, author of articles on the history of theater and literature.

Biography
After graduating from Moscow State University (1987) he worked in the newspapers of Kamchatka, was entranced in the regional drama theater in the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. The creator of the section “Bookcase” in the magazine “ Twinkle ” (1991-1995). Together with E. Danilova, he led the book section in the “ General Newspaper ”. Employee of Kommersant Publishing House (1997-2004), columnist for the culture department of the New Time weekly (1996-2006). Permanent author of the departments of culture of the newspapers Vedomosti [1] and Kommersant .
Main publications: the magazines Foreign Literature , Moscow Observer, Blue Sofa , Fashion Theory , Art, Index / Censorship Dossier , Captivity . He is the author of a number of publications about the Parisian magazine Numbers (1930-1934), S. P. Diaghilev and Russian Ballets .
In 2011, he founded the online edition of the Moscow Book Journal ( morebo.ru [2] ).
