Biography
As a player, he is known for playing for Portuguese, Gremio, Figuirense and other Brazilian teams. He began his coaching career in 1999 at Gremio Sankarlens, simultaneously speaking on the field.
Since 2004, fully in the coaching work. He led many teams in Brazil and abroad, including Paulista, Al Nasr, Vitoria and Gremio. In 2005, together with Paulista, he won the country's cup.
On December 9, 2016, Mansini was introduced as the new head coach of Chapecoense [1] [2] . July 4, 2017 was dismissed [3] .
July 25, 2017 for the 4th time in his career he headed “Vitoria” [4] [5] .
On January 2, 2019, he was appointed Sports Director (coordenador técnico) of São Paulo [6] .
On February 14, 2019, he was appointed Acting Head Coach of São Paulo until the end of the São Paulo State Championship 2019 and the assumption of the new head coach of Cookies [7] .
