Biography
Born May 16, 1956 in Voronezh. My father taught a subject in the Voronezh school of projectionists . Mom worked as an engineer in a construction organization.
In 1978 - graduated from the Voronezh Technological Institute . Upon its completion, it is directed to the construction of the Bezhetsky Dairy Plant in the Tver Region as the chief engineer. In 1984, he was appointed chief engineer of the Rossoshansky Dairy Plant. 1987-1992 - Chief Engineer, Director of the Voronezh Dairy Plant. From 1992 to 2013, he was General Director of OAO Voronezh Dairy Plant.
In 2005, he founded the Molvest company, which produces dairy products. One of the brands is Vkusnoteevo.
In 2009 he defended his doctoral dissertation. He is a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. From 2010 to the present - Professor (part-time) of the Department of Technology of Milk and Dairy Products of Voronezh State University of Engineering Technologies [1] .
In 2011, he was elected Chairman of the Council of the Russian Union of Dairy Enterprises.
From 2013 to 2016, he was a deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the VI convocation .
In 2016, he won the primaries of the United Russia party in the single-mandate constituency No. 87 of the Voronezh Region - Voronezh. Nominated by the party in the election of deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation of the VII convocation in this constituency. He won, receiving 118980 votes [2] . Since October 5, 2016 - Member of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the VII convocation .
Four children, wife Ponomaryova Nelya Valerievna - a doctor by profession, since 2015 Chairman of the Public Chamber of the Voronezh Region [3] [4] [5] .
