Biography
Igor Andreevich Toroschin was born on December 9, 1985 in Irbit, Sverdlovsk Region . He grew up in a family of workers.
From 1993 to 1995, he studied in secondary school No. 18, and then in secondary school No. 9 in the city of Irbit.
In 2008, he graduated from the Ural Financial and Law Institute with a degree in jurisprudence. While studying at the institute he was engaged in social activities, which he continued to do after graduation.
From 2011 to 2016, he is a deputy in the Legislative Assembly of the Sverdlovsk Region , deputy chairman of the committee on legislation and public security and a member of the credentials committee.
In 2013, he was the coordinator of the Chelyabinsk regional branch of the Liberal Democratic Party .

In 2014, he was the curator of the LDPR in the Urals Federal District.
From 2016, deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the VII convocation .
