Theodore "Ted" McClain ( born Theodore "Ted" McClain ; born August 30, 1946 in Nashville , Tennessee ) is an American professional basketball player who played in the American Basketball Association , having played five of its nine seasons, plus three more seasons in the National basketball association . Two-time ABA champion in the 1974/1975 season as part of the Kentucky Colonels team and 1975/1976 season as part of the New York Nets club.
