Valentina Alekseevna Beketova (born June 1, 1947 ) is a Soviet and Russian theater actress. People's Artist of the Russian Federation (2012) [1] .

Biography and career
She graduated from the Novosibirsk Theater School (now the Novosibirsk State Theater Institute). Since 1972 he has been working in the Tomsk Regional Drama Theater [2] [3] . Also played in the Tomsk Youth Theater. She taught at the acting course of the Tomsk branch of the Yekaterinburg Theater Institute. Since 1981 [4] he has been directing the Literary and Art Theater of Tomsk State University [5] . In 1997 she received the title of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation [6]
For the role of Golda in the “ Memorial Prayer ” by G. Gorin and Constance in “Women's Constancy”, S. Maugham Valentina was awarded the first regional contest “Mask” in the nomination “For Best Actress”. Valentina Alekseevna received the second “Mask” for her work in the performance “Laboratory of Love” [7] . Winner of the festival "Premieres of the Season". In 2012, she was awarded the title “People's Artist of the Russian Federation” [8] , and also received the prize “Person of the Year in Tomsk” in the nomination “Creativity” [9] [10] .
