Victor Semenovich Artemenko (born , ) is the foreman of the integrated installation team. Laureate of the USSR State Prize (1975). Honored Builder of the Ukrainian SSR (1968), Honored Builder of the Mongolian People's Republic (1986), Honored Mentor of Youth of the Ukrainian SSR (1983) [1] .

Biography
Born April 15, 1934 in the village of Nezhilovichi in a peasant family.
He graduated from high school in his native village in 1950. He worked on a collective farm for two years. In 1953 he was drafted into the army. After demobilization, he began to work as a builder.
Activities
Laureate of the State Prize of the Ukrainian SSR (1975), which was awarded to him for introducing the Zlobin method (brigade in a row).
