Buinov, Nikolai Nikolaevich

Nikolai Nikolaevich Buinov was born in 1941 in Volsk, Saratov Region, the RSFSR.

In 1962 he graduated from the Orenburg Anti-aircraft Artillery School of Air Defense. He served in the air defense of the Ground Forces as a senior technician of the S-75 system. In 1965 he entered the ARTA in Kharkov. In 1970 he graduated from VIRTA Air Defense and was appointed to the MVIZRU, where from 1970 to 1985 he served as the department head, teacher of departments No. 41 and the department of computer engineering.

From 1985 to 1989 - the head of the group - senior assistant to the head of the educational department of the school. In 1989, retired, retired lieutenant colonel.

From 1989 to 1990, he was the head of the KhNIL school, from 1990 to 2015, he was an assistant professor at the Department of Information and Computing Systems (No. 210). Currently retired.

Laureate of the State Prize of the BSSR in the field of science and technology (1982).

He was awarded the medal "Veteran of the Armed Forces of the USSR" and other medals of the USSR, as well as the badge "Air Defense Forces of the country."
