Biography
Born in Yekaterinoslav. Member of the CPSU since 1927.
A worker at the factories of Dnepropetrovsk since 1930, he studied at the Institute of Oriental Peoples in Moscow in 1931-1932.
In 1933-1963 - Deputy Head, Head of the Political Department of the state farm, 1st Secretary of the Sarkand District Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Kazakhstan, Head of the Akmola Regional Land Department, 1st Secretary of the Molotov District Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Kazakhstan, Secretary of the Akmola Regional Committee Communist Party of Kazakhstan, 2nd Secretary of the Kyzylorda Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, 1st Secretary of the Semipalatinsk Regional Party Committee, 1st Deputy Chairman of the CM of the Kazakh SSR, Minister of Industry of Meat and Dairy Products of the Kazakh SSR, Chairman spruce of the Executive Committee of the Kustanai Regional Council.
Since 1963 - a personal pensioner.
The delegate of the 3-11th congresses of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, where he was elected to the Central Committee. Member of the Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan in 1951-1954.
In 1938-1967 he was a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR.
